Gloucester Minicon - Show Report

Sunday saw the first outing of the Evesham Wargames Club Zulu War Participation game at Gloucester Minicon, the inaugural event in Gloucester.

A great event for starters, thanks to Robey for putting the effort in. An event by gamers, for gamers, their were perhaps 13 separate games being played with players from across Gloucestershire and Worcestershire.
It was great to catch up with the guy's from the Cheltenham Warchief's and Redditch Wargames Society. I hope we can forge some closer relationships over the coming months.

We were keen to put on a game that would give players a feel for Sharp Practice but not tie them up for several hours.

The scenario was simple - Rescue the Prince.....

We managed to play through 3 games in the day. AAR reports can be found in full on my blog.
